: >>>Why don't the guys asking for cycle advice include how tall they are? It is rare that they mention this, but they normally give their weight and [somehow] know their body fat %. Better yet, why is it that no one seems to ask? Most off the postings asking for an opinion on a cycle or what gear to use are from guys under 200lbs. Obviously 190lbs. at 5ft 9in is very different than at 6ft 1in. I am no juice guru and I don't try to answer questions best anwsered by our resident veterns. The abscence of information like this seems remiss to me. This is ment as a constructive observation. My 2 cents.... LIFT AND LEARN! >FLATTOP<
Good point, but this factor is a small part of the formula. No matter how tall someone is, if they are in the range of 30% body fat, they're overweight reguardless of their height. With age, weight, and body composition, I can make a recommendaton that is in the ballpark for that individual. We just make recommendations here and ballpark figures, to truely setup an effective routine/diet/cycle, one must work closely with that person and take every factor into account (like height)!!! Be careful and watch your back!!! Hulkster
