This is a great idea, there are plenty of AS users (abusers from a medical standpoint)
who comprise a large body of anecdotal data. Its time that data got put to good use.
So you out there who are doing AS or considering it, for your own sake, keep a logbook
of your experiences with AS, including dosage, "good" effects, and side effects. A training
journal ought to be included as well. Thats the only way to semi scientifically keep track
of what works for you and what doesn't.
