First of all, lets take a look at your cardio workout. The first 20 minutes (at 70% of your max. heart rate) is pretty much a write off. The energy/power utilized during that first twenty minutes is from your blood and quick (fight/flight) supply. After the first twenty minutes, you start to utilize the stored fat supplies as a new source of energy/power, due to the depleted primary sources. This is the most important fact about cardio workout, that is not put out enough. Now, to tell how you are at 70% max heart rate. Well, there is a formula for that but, here's an easier way. Get on the bike and steadily increase your pace, until you start to sweat, then push yourself just alittle bit further, now your in the ballpark of fatburning!!!! Keep high fat foods out of your diet and make sure you are getting atleast eight glasses of water a day O.K. as far as A.S. if the before mentioned routines/info. still is not helping, let me know if you have Winstrol, Primo, Para, Anavar avail. and drop me a note and we'll come up with something for you.
