Well firstly you cant assume everything the guy has is fake, afterall you were the one who chose
to buy the item you did.
1. Obviously if you have a better source use it.
2. Chose your products carefully and u should be ok.
3. You may want a refund but you'll have to offer
the guy some proff the stuff was junk. Saying it simply didnt work is not enough.
4. This wont get your money back, it might get you something else though.
5. Rather than exposing the guy why not expose the products instead eg post that x product with
y batch number is a bunch of crap.
Bodily harm might work but the chances are that anyone in the US in that line of work might be holding etc, is it really worth the risk?
