of that question. I would just want to know what your
goals are? 10 lbs.? 20 lbs.? More strength, faster?
Just gaining size and getting cut is pretty vague.
I could reccomend lots of things but realistically
you've only been lifting weights for 6 months!
You have no where neared even the potential you can
reach with your own natural test. levels. Have you
used negatives, forced reps, pyramiding, high intensity,
heavy duty, drop sets, etc. and come to the point where
you just can't grow anymore due to genetic physical
limitations? I didn't think so.
A good rule of thumb is to be lifting for about 2 years
before juicing. Right now, make sure you are dumping in
the protein at least 1 1/2 grams per lb. of your bodyweight.
Eat lots and then some. Train hard and if you stick to it,
you'll hit the wall in 2 years and then make the big steps
to fill out and look freaky. I wish you the best in your quest.
