Here is the typical medicinal application of Levothyroxine Sodium (Synthroid) - For mild hypothyroidism, 50-100mcg daily, increased by ~50mcg at three to four week intervals until the desired response is maintained (with an average maintenance dosage at 100 to 150 mcg/day). However, bear in mind that thyroid drugs are not (IMO) for immediate fat loss, if you want to play it safe and not deal too heavily with the inevetable rebound effect. It certainly won't lower you from 10% to say 6% in nine days, so you better check yourself and be sure this is something you really want to do.
