: HAS ANYBODY TRIED DAN'S ISOMETRIC DIET? IF YOU HAVE TRIED IT PLEASE POST THE RESULTS. I HAVE A FEW ELITE ATHLETES WHO WANT TO TRY THE DIET HOWEVER I AM A BIT WEARY SINCE I HAVE NOT SEEN ANY "REAL WORLD" RESULTS FROM THE DIET. ANY COMMENTS ON THIS DIET WOULD BE APPRECIATED. FOR THOSE WHO ARE INTRESTED, MANY OF MY ATHLETES HAVE RECEIVED TREMENDOUS RESULTS FROM THE ANABOLIC DIET, HOWEVER IT IS NOT AN EASY ( OR HEALTHY ?) DIET TO STAY ON LONG TERM.ANY COMMENTS ON DIETS WOULD BE APPRECIATED, AND IF THE ATHLETES AND I DECIDE TO TRY DD'S DIET I WILL POST THE RESULTS ON THIS FORM (UNBIASED, OF COURSE)
I am a personal trainer myself and i have put a few
of my clients on this diet(mostly women though) and
it seems to work well for fat lose. One of my clients
lost 15LBS in just under a month. I think the ratios
of protein, carbs and fats is excellent to follow. I
do however have a question for you. I was considering
using the bodyopus diet for contest prep, do you know
anyone who has used this diet? It is simular to the
anabolic diet but he has quite an elaborate carb up
phase on weekends! Did you're clients have a sick feeling
from the high fat intake on the anabolic diet?
I hope i answered you're question and if you need
more info, let me know.
