I do however have some advice for this one. Go ahead and take what you have in a controlled cycle (Hulkster can help you with that more than I could) and lastly I recommend (and I dont know if you are doing them now) that you squat. Id say twice a week once heavy and once light. You might want to squat off of a box or something so you know how deep you are going. Come down to the box, pause for a second, relaxing all your muscles and then explode back up as fast as you can. There is a guy in Ohio that works with a lot of football players, sprinters, and Powerlifters. He is the most sought after trainer in the world. His name is Louis Simmons.
