I do greatly apperciate all the advice I am getting.
and to answer a few questions......
I play middle linebacker so speed is a must, as well as strength
I train Mondays, Tuesdays,Thursdays, and Fridays.
I used the term "dieting" in reference to eating foods high in Calories and proteinsuch as the proper "diet" to gain weight
I take ephedrine as a preworkout booster. I get an incredible pump and have much more strength with it. If someone could give me a replacement supplement to use instead of Ephedrine I'd like to know
