Most people tend to hit the upper-outer quadrant
of the gluteals. This keeps you as far away as
possible from the Sciatic Nerve. You do NOT want
to hit this nerve, as it controls most of the
motor function in your lower body. Try to locate
the top outer Iliac Crest (hip-bone) and move
down a few inches. It's not really that technical
as long as the injection site is on the upper
and outer portion of your ass. I hope this helps.
