Slinger is right when he says Flax fiber is great for you--I have taken it for quite awhile. I use the defatted version which is high
in lignans and has a small amount of fat (from leftover oil). I started taking it for two reasons--firstly the lignans which Slinger
failed to mention are highly anti-estrogenic. They work by inhibiting aromatase. They're not real powerful but they exert an effect.
Secondly, it is an AWESOME source of fiber. Believe me you will never have bowel movement problems again. If anybody is interested in
this product I can get it in bulk (like anything else) super dirt cheap. I mean a kilogram (which would last quite a while) for just a few
bucks--can't beat this. I would say give me a few more weeks and the supplements in bulk will be ready to go.
