I've started clen on 01/13/96, I weighed 206lbs with 15% Fat. 10 days later, on 01/23/96 I weighed 192lbs with 11% fat. Today I weighed at 189lbs. I believe in Clen, it has work for me very well. I�ve been taking clen for 2 days-on, and 2 days-off, for 3 weeks, 3 pills a day. I took Sus and Deca stack before I started the Clen, so the major portion of weight I�ve lost could be water. Since I�ve been on the clen I have also gained muscle.
I was doing cardio after weight training, when I lost the 14lbs in 10 days,. My diet was pretty strick, I ate between 2000 to 3000 calories a day, with probably no more than 15 grams Fat a day. I was worried that I was losing weight to fast so I cut my cardio out. I�m still loosing weight but not a fast, I think this better for me.
If anybody has any comments, POST THEM!!
