You should always do cardio. It will help somewhat with the water retintion.
The recumbant bike is very good for BBs. No more than 4x45 per week. The water
should go away about a max of two weeks after the cycle so don't freaak if you
start losing weight. It is almost always water. Don't forget the HCG though.
BTW you want the water retintion during the cycle. It helps to lubricate the muscles and
prevents injury.
