They both do similar things but each one hits a different
receptor site. You'd be wiser to take it as mentioned
in the previous post.
Two per day won't do squat for you. You'll probably
need 4 to 8 per day depending on your size and reaction
to it. Some people get very noticeable effects from 4
while the next guy needs 7 for the same results and for
a rare amount of people, no doseage seems to work for them.
You could go 2 weeks on, 3 weeks off but I prefer to let
it be an individual thing again. If you still feel the clen
working, continue. The only reason you stop is to let your
receptors freshen up again as most people build up a resistance
to it quickly. However there are some people where this is
not the case and they can go for months without any decrease
in the effects or results. The stuff will not damage you from
taking it too long. You'll just waste it by taking it if it's
not doing anything for you.
