Like most supplements Vanadyl is totally useless
don't waste your hard earned money and health on something that will not give you any return and is VERY hard on your liver and kidneys.

good Whey Protein and Creatine Monohydrate, and that's it. Have a disciplined diet and train consistently. ALWAYS keep you protein level high. To bulk - increase carbs, To cut - decrease carbs, increase aerobics and a EAC stack is useful.
