reports of results. I've been on for twenty days, taking 2 capsules three
times per day (which is not the way Pat or OSMO therapy recommend- but

My body weight is up 5 lbs from 245 to 250.
Body fat dropped 1%- could be a marginal error, but I did
get it measured both times with the infrared equipment which is
usually pretty accurate.
I look a little thicker through the chest and shoulders, and
my quads are getting really rock hard.
Bench is up 10 pounds (could just be placebo effect- but I hadn't
cracked my plateau in about two years.
Squat- Didn't have the balls to best my max, but felt it was
going up easier, and got more reps out of my poundages on the way
up.
Side Effect- No Acne, or Oily Skin,
A little bit of edginess, but nothing I can't control .
Some wicked cramping in my toes, calves and serratus
Emotionally I feel like I could take on the world, and have
been really really up, even when the chips are down (could also
be placebo effect- but I like it.
Summary- I like the stuff. I feel like it is working- certainly better
than any other OTC I've tried (and God knows I've tried them all).
It isn't quite A.S. but its maybe 70% of the effect on some of the
more mild, (just my opinion-based on my body chemistry, and my experience
which is not nearly as vast as some of the experts on the board).
The issue is price and cost performance. At 6 cps per day, a bottle
lasts me ten days, and at $60 per bottle a two month cycle
equals 50-60% the gains of A.S at about twice the cost.
As the former post indicated- Pat Arnold is very considerate in replying
to e-mails, and he can explain the products site and method
of action on the body. I will continue to use the product for about another
four weeks, and will provide another update in about 2.
Incidently, I have not changed my workout, or eating habits
in any way, and in fact may have even worked out a little less than
usual as I've been very busy at work and home.
