I have a friend who has gone from 150 to 190 in about a year - naturally. He is 6'3 so we still has a way to go. The reason for his gains are that he has a very active thyroid and just was not eating enough. And to boot he had to run like 5+ miles every morning for his ROTC program in college. Since, then he has started eating like there is no tomorrow. He calls it his "Fast Food" diet, now he just does mild cardio to keep healthy. It just goes to show you that everyone has there own things to work on.
