Suggested dosage goes like assuming you are stubborn enough
to use this stuff. I have and it's not a big deal as long as
you're not stupid.

Take 1 IU per 15lb of lean body mass 1/2 hour before the end
of your workout, or take it immediatly after your workout. At
the end of the workout take in 10 grams of carbs per IU.

If you feel light-headed, dizzy, etc, take in some fast acting
carbs such as sugar, dextrose, etc. Some people also take it on
their off training days first-thing in the morning along with the
carbs. I've only done it for a month and take insulin on training
days only when I work out with weights 3x a week. Doing this have
gained around 6 lb of lbm after a serious plateau.

Just don't be stupid and be careful.
