This sounds to me like a plain old anti-estrogen or gonadotrophin, not unlike TesLac, Clomid, HCG, etc. The problem with these drugs is that, while they will increase the amount of free-testosterone in the body, they only work for a limited amount of time. Why? Because the body's feedback mechanism (regulated by estrogen) can only be fooled for so long. The decreased estrogen in the body is a signal for the body to make more testosterone. Too much testosterone, and some of it is aromatized into estrogen, and as a result, the testes produce less testosterone. I am not sure how or why the body is fooled only for a limited period, it just is. You certainly don't hear of people cycling clomid or teslac very often.
This substance sounds like it would be good to take with AS, but you raise a good point about the cost-effectiveness of it, or lack thereof.
