: A.S. wont get you in shape, but might help to increase lean mass, thus requiring more calorie debt. The problem is this will work on strict diet.First off, ask yourself how bad you want to get into shape.Remind yourself how better off you would be with a new image and higher self-esteem.This should motivate you to begin on a diet.Start monitoring your caloric intake, and begin dieting on 3250 calories a day, divided by six meals during the day(bro, if getting in shape was easy, everybody would look great).I recommend a low cal, high carb(low glycemic),high protein and moderate fat diet because it is easy to stick to.Ill even go as far as making an example diet(hell, I usually charge for something like this, but I know how it feels to be fat).:
: Meal 1
: Milkshake:made with 1 liter of fat-free milk and 2 cups of frozen strawberries
: 1 piece of toast with Philadelphia Fat-Free or Kraft Free cheese
: Meal 2
: 3 8oz. Dannon light yoghurts(any flavor)
: 1/2 cup of oatmeal(mix it in with the yoghurt if desired)
: Meal 3
: 2 sweet potatoes
: 2 cups of broccoli(Campells frozen is so easy to make)
: 2 chicken or turkey breasts drizzled with olive oil
: Meal 4
: 2 cans of water-packed tuna(check to see if low fat)
: 2 cups of cooked artichoke pasta
: 1/2 avocado
: 3 tbs. of Kraft Free Mayo
: Enough lettuce to make a salad
: Meal 5
: Milkshake:made with 1 liter of fat free milk and 2 cups of frozen blueberries
: Meal 6
: Milkshake:made with 1 liter of fat-free milk and 2 cups of orange juice
: Presto, this adds up to an approximate 3,250 calories, enough to start a caloric debt to your weight. As for supplements, take 1 gm of Vitamin C with each meal,GugulPlus(Enzymatic Therapy) 3 times a day,and get some Ripped Fuel (Twinlab) from GNC and follow its instructions.Rev up the weight training and start sprinting some 5 minutes around where you live on an empty stomach first thing in the morning.I hope you have the strength to start. Its no easy route, but it will pay off in the long run.Im behind you 100%.Keep me updated with your progress.
: P.S.:take a photo of yourself before you start this diet and get a photo of someone you admire or look up to(Arnold?), and remind yourself on paper how bad you want it.Stick both in the mirror in your bathroom to remind and motivate yourself everyday.Go for it!

: l Big Guy,
I agree partially with this post. You got to keep
your basal metabolic rate up high so that you burn
fat all the time- even while sittin around. This diet of
frequent small meals is good and will do that but
the body's preferred source of fuel is sugar
(glycogen, glucose). Your body wont burn the fat
as much or as often if you have alot of blood sugar
levels. If you were already cut up & ripped then
high carb diet would be good, but you're wanting to
tap into & burn the stored fuel (fat)- right? You
need to keep the sugar carbs lower and have a higher
percentage of calories from protein. Keep & add to
your muscle mass by lifting hard and heavy basic
mass moves every 3-5 days depending on when fully
recovered. If possible, split workout by body parts
& keep brutal hard intense & brief 40-50 mins). Then right after,
when glycogen levels are depleted from lifting, do 20-30
mins of low intensity fat burning aerobics (fast
walking, rowing etc). Since glycogen is already
depleted you'll get into the fat burning zone
quicker. Make these workouts a total of 60-75 mins
for both lifting & cardio. On off days, get up an
hour early (nobody said it would be easy dude) and
do an hour of low intensity aerobic fast walking.
Be sure to NOT eat breakfast first. After sleeping
all night, your carb, sugar, glycogen levels are
again low and your body will again burn fat for
fuel. Then eat breakfast. Do not skip meals!!!
If you skip meals, your body will adjust to the perceived
starvation, by slowing your metabolism. The best way is to
vary your calory intake so that you have a low calory
fat burning day every 3-4 days. Example is day1= 2800
calories, day 2= 3200 calories, day 3= 3400 calories
but day 4= only 2400 calories (fat burning day).
This will allow you to consistantly create a calory
deficit without slowing your metabolism. I've tried
it and it works!!
In addition try adding the caffene ephedrine
aspirin stack to enhance fat burning but watch out
for your prostate. If you are already a heavy coffee
drinker and are desensitized to caffene, try adding
green tea and half a grapefruit to this stack. If
your source has clen, use it instead. If your source
has real stuff (most black market is fake crap) but
if real, then try stacking oxandrolone with Methenolone
Enanthate (primobolan). If you can, try triacana as
well for a short month or so after you've lost all
you can without it & want to get the most stubborn
fat deposits.
Last but not least drink plenty of ICE COLD water.
The body has to maintain a constant body temp. If you
take in water at 35 degrees & eliminate it at about
95 degrees then you have used about 60 calories per
liter. Similar to thermogenesis but you piss out
body heat instead of radiate it.
Good luck man, I hope this helps.
