Making Injectables need help cause I'm gonna do it!!!

I have several green tubs an inch high with 10 slots each containing 8 little white pellets. I was told this is vet. test. cyp. 8 pellets =250 mg. Is this right? I want to make an injectable. Everyone I know has mixed it in veg. oil with great results. What is the safest way to make this into an injectable?
How would I also put this in DMSO oil? Procedure, amounts, plus does this stuff smell?
