I am looking for strength for football and endurance also. I would really
like to cut up to about 8%-9% body fat. I am 19 years old and weigh about
190lbs and thats a heavy day. Lift three days a week, most are power movementts
like power cleans, bench, incline, squat, etc. I also do isolation exercises
just not as much. I do intense running and cardio 6 times a week for at least
an hour. For example, playing full court basketball for 1-2hours. Sprint
training for an hour. I would like to get faster and more powerful.
I have no experience with A.S. Just advice from friend who I can trust.
He suggested enenthate.
