Actually I called the FDA and asked them exactly what their policy was. The man stated that the personal use import law was created FOR individual that are treated outside the US. This was in terms that the illness could not be treated in the US. So according to that a foreign presciption is more valid. I could be wrong for I do not have any experience and big canuk does.
