I'm in the second week of a sus250 cycle.Overall i've gained 5-6 pounds.
The problem is that i feel that i've gained too much fat.I'm lifting
4 days a week.And taking 1 amp the first 2 week.I've been keeping my protein up
to about 200 grams a day.Should i be including cardio on the other 3 days?
And what sugestions do you have for the rest of my cycle.(first cycle).
