I'm in for my first cycle and have been following the discussion(s) on the board for
a cpl of weeks now, not to mention I've found it very educational. What do you
think of my plans?
A cycle of 6 weeks and taper dosages up some and then down again.
Week
1 10 mgs dianabol+200 mg deca
2-4 15 mgs dianabol+200-400 mg deca
5-6 10 mgs dianabol+200 mg deca

Is this any good? I'm 27 y.o. weigh about 185lbs approx. 15% BF. I'm working out 5-6
days a week, training every musclegroup twice a week. My goals are not to
become very BIG but to gain some 10-15 lbs maybe, after retention and all. Of course
I want very small amount of sidefx too. What gains can I expect from this cycle?
Also need to have better definition in my muscularity. What do you think 'bout it?
How much protein should I take to match this? Do I need any other supplements?
Do I need any antiestrogens? In case wich, and how much? Will I need HCG or similar
afterwards, how much? Wich sideeffects will I suffer? Is this cycle any good? Is there
a better one to fulfill my goals?

Yeaps, that was many questions, but I need many answers too.
Hope you guys have the kindness to answer 'em.
