: Animal, I want to metion that I respect your knowlege and I appreciate all your knowlege on the board but I got a small problem with something you said. You mentioned a while back that taking DNP while on the 2 weeks off of the 2X2X2 cycle would get your receptors back into shape. I understand what you meant about the other drug combination (ie. clomid/HCG, clen/thyrocine). The only thing I could think you were referring to was DNP's ability to speed up the metabolism. However, you know better than me that its does this by a completely diffrent mechanism than Clen/thyrone (ie. fucks up the electron transport chain, thereby make your cells work over time just to produce enough fuel to survive, hence the temp increas). You also said something about how it could possibly block test from the receptors. So I guess the questions are 1. Is blocking the test from the receptor your basis for the machanism in which the receptors line themselves up again? 2. Could DNP and the 2X2X2 cycle be used to gain
: muscle and lose fat at the same time? and finally 2. How effective do you think all this might be? Thanks again for your time,
I just used DNP as an example to try and explain how I think clen is working. You're basically right, in that DNP screws the ETC, but that is only the mitochondria and they more or less have their own DNA and exist in 'their own little world in the cell' To a point, that is. Mitochondria don't really have anything to do with receptor upgrade or protein synthesis, except for themselves. The protein syn. and receptors that need to be made comes from the nucleus. The receptor it really 'downgraded' but it actually disappears and is transported to the nucleus, so if we want another receptor we have to make it from the signals from the DNA. What I'm saying is that I think the speeding up of the cell, by DNP or clen, makes the cell go into overdrive, and being in overdrive is kicking the protein and receptor production into overdrive as well. Blocking the test receptor is not what we want or the mechanism but it is a side effect of DNP. I also think that DNP could possibly only be exerting its affect on mostly the fat cells as if it were exerting more on the muscle we would see people losing muscle as well as fat like they do when they are on too much thyroid, which I haven't heard of. The main points are that DNP was just a mech. to explain how clen and T3 could be used and that sending the cell into overdrive is what is making more receptors. As far as I know, clen doesn't send any signals to the DNA except, possibly through manipulating the T3 levels. I read somewhere that someone was going to take inderal (a beta-1 blocker and then take a boatload of clen to see if it produced muscle gain like those of the animal studies. I think he would probably screw up his thyroid so bad that it might never recover! Oh well. You don't want to use DNP in between because if it does block receptors then that means even more end. test. floating around to be aromatized. Anarchy in the USA!
