what anabolic steroids are best for toning up!! moderate muscle growth, etc.... (orals preferred) are these considered LEGAL if purchased while out of the country if only used for personal use??? should a person get a prescription from a physician in the country they are travelling to and if so will this be valid (legal) when returning to the States???
