Thanks for offering to offering to help us out!
I understand your hesitation at giving out your e-mail address... one idea is to use an anonymous remailer. You can read about how to use them at http://www.wordbiz.com/remailside.html or just run a search for "anonymous remailer" at wwww.altavista.digital.com or some other search engine.
The idea is, you can send mail to interested customers without giving away your e-mail address.
Another option is to set-up a web-page (I'd be willing to do it for you) that's capable of taking orders. Interested bodybuilders check out the prices and then check which items they want to order and an e-mail is dispatched to you that contains the order and other necessary info (credit card #?).
The hairy part is working out how to pay for it. I'm willing to just send you a check. You could set up a PO box to receive the orders from.
Another possibility that I've read about is called "Cybercash". It's like an online debit card. I'll look into it and see if I can learn more. Again, I'd be willing to set up a web-site to use this technology.
