Blunt needles and oral ingestion

Hey guys.

I know this problably sounds ludicrous, but all my needles have gone blunt and it's become very difficult to inject properly. If I go to my pharmacist will I get a rebuke if I ask for I.M. needles? How can I talk him into selling me the gear (know of any medical treatment???)
Also, what happens if I orally injest my juice? Will it have any effect?
