I 'm 33 years old and working out for more than 15 years. I weight around 105 kilo's (183cm ) and benchpress around 180 kilo's.
I see a.s. as a perfect help for my workingouts. If you use normal dosages and take cycles from 6 to 12 weeks once or twice a year you stay healty and will be become massive and strong. Don't turn it the other way around it's just a helping hand.
