I personnally have never heard of stanozalol in a 20ml vial, but I suppose it could be the real thing depending on where you are from and where it is made, but be careful, if it is fake I have heard of some pretty nasty stuff being put in place of the real drugs. To answer your question, I think that Primobolan would give you the least side effects, and the least amount of water retention, while still giving you decent gains when combined with stanozalol. I know of no written rule that you need to stck an oral drug with a water based, so don't limit yourself, you may be able to find a good oil based drug such as deca, or equipoise, or something else.
