Big JC, you need more help than just verification. Buy the "Cutting and Bulking Document" offered by this site (Elitefitness) it is exactly what you need. It is currently being offered at a special rate. I just recieved mine and would recommend it highly. Also get WAR or AR Guide, advertised in all the mags; now read up!
