Like you said yourself, it all sort of depends. How much do you weigh? How long have you been training? How do you lift now, and how do you plan to lift on the cycle? Id say all in all I would expect the average joe at our strength levels to put on 30-50lbs on his bench, and 50-75lbs on his squat. But DO NOT let these numbers limit you. THE SKY IS THE LIMIT MY FREIND!!!
