I feel for you! im going through the same thing
myself and i KNOW how bad it hurts! Try this
program as it works for me.
* concentration curls(using a cable to keep tension on the muscle)
* one arm cable curls(light weight and concentrate on form)
* ez-bar curls( do this last and use light weights)
i use this program 2 sets for each exercise and really
try to concentrate on the biceps muscle. it will heal
in time if you stay light.
