I am going through this right now and have spoke with
a trainer about it. Lay off of intense training for
about 3-4 weeks. Training your back will indirectly
hit your biceps. If you are on the juice, this pain
may be caused by too quick of a strenghth increase that
your forearms just cannot handle. I found that concentration
curls are about the only exercise that doesn't hurt
my forearms. I just do about 6 sets of these, with
light weight, and after 3+ weeks, I will slowly return
to my hardcore bicep workout....slowly. Try this, and
