You can buy the b12 over the counter as mentioned in
most places. It also comes in 30 ml. bottles as well.
The reason some guys mix it with the juice (and I don't
believe I said to mix it with sost...I'm sure it was in
regard to equipoise) is to keep the pain/burn down. Some
guys don't care and others do.
B12 by itself will help in better protein utilization,
recovery, etc. and doesn't need a big honker needle either.
A regular insulin needle works just fine if you're just
doing b12 alone.
