The situation isn't that dramatic. If you ever have a chance to spare your first clen pill after workout, that's fine, 'cause you will give a break to your heart. But doing otherwise doesn't mean that you are at risk to drop dead at any moment (I'm supposing that you aren't old and your cardiovascular system is OK). Clen can be deadly but only if taken in very high dosages at once. The case been discussed here was the harm to your heart of long-term blood pressure while on clen, and what to do to minimize it.
