is anyone familiar with PERMANSTRIL??????

I have some friends in Australia and recommended the steroid Permanstril.
I was wondering what experiences anyone has had on this AS and what
this drug is used for(bulk,cutting,leanmass,etc) and what are the possible
side effects of this drug. I dont know much about this drug and any info
one could provide would be greatly appreciated.
