Let clarify my previous statement. Of course there are lots of people trainning hard while on clen. It's also true that different people have different blood pressure levels. Since the standard is 120X80 for a normal adult, some may be OK on 110X70 while for others the normal is 130X85. If you normally have a low blood pressure, probably you aren't experiencing many problems taking clen before or after a workout. But high blood pressure is more common than the low one. In this case, clen by itself will put your cardiovascular system on a situation of stress (altough controllable). But while exercising with clen, you might reach levels like 180X100 or even higher, wich in a long term situation CAN cause heart problems (strokes and other diseases as well). One of the most known long term use of clen is heart enlargement (there are studies involving animals taking clen in high doses for long periods of time). You know, heart enlargement is irreversible and often fatal, because the heart, although big in size, hasn't the same ability to pump blood as previously. If you can have a safer approach to this problem (high blood pressure) by either avoiding excess of salt, or taking other medications along with clen that can induce the increase of your B.P. or just taking your clen pill after your workout, why not doing that ? If your lifestyle doesn't allow you to take clen after the gym (for example, your are exercising along the day) OK, this is a special case. But if taking heavy roids toxic to you liver, you usually take other medicines (hepato-protectors) to prevent damaging it, why not doing the same thing to protect your ol'good heart ?

PS: as for the Salmonella stuff, statistically the incidence of salmonella within eggs from clean and mecanized farms (mass production) is very low. In this case, I eat my egg without any fear. But if I have any suspicion about the procedence or conditions of that egg, for sure I won't eat it.
