This is true. Here in Brazil you can find some good stuff without prescription and relatively cheap (Deca, oxymetholone, oxandrolone, test. cypionate, etc) but nobody cares about them.
Bodybuilding is still a marginal physical activity, so there is few demand for roids. If you walk into a pharmacy and ask for Deca-Durabolin, you can buy it without a prescription, legit stuff (no demand = no fakes) and you would pay around $7.00 for an ampule of 50mg. But if you plan to buy, say, 10 ampules, probably you will have to visit 4 or 5 pharmacies, until reaching your quota. This item is hardly sold (mostly prescribed by a doc for someone weak for a long illness), so the stock in the pharmacies are very low (2 or 3 ampules).
