that you were a friend that I used to work out with. He goes by a similar
web name... Anyway, I work out at the new golds in Missisagua, Do you work
out at golds in London? My best friend is third year chem at UWO and throws
shot for the school. He has been training at the school gym. I get down to
see him maybe once a month. Are you a recreational lifter or do you compete?
I am getting ready for the Westerns in Sept. Maybe we can train together if I
get down there!
