: : I noticed that the gains from casual cycles (i.e. short cycles of 1 month
: : with little pyramiding of AS) seem to produce keepable gains as opposed to long cycles
: : with pyramiding of AS. However, no one ever mentions casual cycles for AS.
: : Can someone shed some light on casual cycles vs the normal cycle of 6 to 10 weeks.
: : Also, in a conventional cycle, what is the rest period before embarking on the next cycle. From
: : the other posts that I've read from the board, this seems to be 1 to 2 weeks. Isn't this too
: : short a break?
:
: How's it going? A friend of mine just did this, not
: because he wanted to, but because he ran out of his
: supply. He was taking 500-750mg of enanthate and
: took it for exactly 1 month. He put about 60 lbs on
: his bench and about 17+ lbs. It has now been 3 weeks
: since he ran out and is still putting on about a pound
: or two a week ( oil based test will stay in the
: system from 2-3 weeks). He never lost a pound yet,
: he just got more stuff yesterday and has started
: again. I've seen these cycles of about a month
: where what you put on, is what you keep, without losing
: strenght either. I think this depends on who the
: individual is also. I personally cannot just do the
: stuff for a month, but I've seen it work very well.
: Good Luck!

Yes, the gains are usually in the region of 10 to 20 lbs
depending on how you diet. Furthermore, side effects are
minimal in this type of short cycle.
Was wondering if you could provide some info on second question
in original post? Thanks.
