Know that the 2 or 3 weeks after a cycle is a critically important time and should be handled appropriately. I don't want to ruin your friends vacation, but this is the time when exogeneous test levels fall, endogeneous test levels need to be restarted, and cortisol and estrogen levels run rampant. Tell him to follow my usual protocol of HCG and clomid after a cycle, drop his carbs and fats a bit (but not protein) and to try and do some type short circuit training with rubber training cords and pushups and the like. When he comes back he can get back to less stringent routine and be able to keep a good portion of his gains. And tell him to have fun on his vacation, I'm sure we could all use one, I know I could.
