: : : : : About clen... Im now using clen for one week, 2on 2 off patern, and noticed no fa burning effects.. (maybe its not enough time) I also havent noticed any side effects...Im taking 40mcg daily 20 before and 20 after trainig... How should I know if the clen is working?
: : : : Unfortunately, you aren't taking enough to get any real thermogenic effect from the clen. The proper way to take clen IMHO is to increase the dosage by 20mcg a day until you reach 100 or 120mcg per day. Stay on it straight for one week at that dosage, then go to the 2 on 2 off cycle for no less than 4 weeks. Believe me you will notice when it kicks in. I go nuts on just one 50mcg dosage and can't sit still for 3 hours. That's with the vet syrup @ 25mcg/ml.
: : : Some people might not cope with high dosages of clen. As for me, 80mcg daily seems to be my limit. But it isn't necessary to hit the ceiling taking clen, in order to experience its (truely) fat burning properties. There are two drugs that does help the process: 25mg daily of Cytomel and 1mg daily of Zaditen. While Cytomel will act speeding up the fat burning action, Zaditen will help the body on recovering the T2 receptors.

: Thanx guyz...I learned a lot from you... just one more question...what's better: to take clen all in one or it's better to take it splited in more sessions? Do I have to be more hydrated when on clen?

: : Hey, there's something I didn't know. Thanks. Now you got me thinking again...
Better split the dosage throughout the day, but take the last one at least 4 hours before bed - otherwise you might experience a 'shaky' sleep. You should keep a good water intake and add to your daily supplements some ammount of potassium. It's known that long term use of clen might impair the electrolic balance of your body, and the potassium will prevent it.
