How long NO JUICE after Primo?

3 weeks ago I ended my first cycle ever, Primo a tabs (25 mg).

I am interested in doing sust 250 but I don't know how long I should wait.
My buddy said cause primo is very mild I only have to wait 4 weeks but I'm not sure.
