I need some advice on ordering from foreign companies. I would just like to know the processes involved. How do I present myself to the company on a fax, or letter and ask for info on ordering? Do I ask if I need a prescription or just order and find out? When I place an order do I specify what type of shipment I would prefer (like regular postal not FedEx)? Is a credit card safe or is that just like signing a document at the postal office? The CERI source is very small and probably saturated with buyers so I would figure the DEA would be watching all shipments from those few companies listed. Is there another area I can look (I do not want names just helpfull references or topics)?
