: Anyone knows if the Clenbuterol is effective in cycling or any other andurance sport?

Yes, quite. It can make a tremendous difference in breathing ability and will help by
acting as an anti-catabolic during severe training for competition.

: Are there any long-term side effects by celnbuterol?

Most likely not. It is impossible to guarantee that any substance isn't going to cause
long term effects. It depends on the person and how it is used.

: Should be this drug used with proper food diet?

Absolutely. Come to think of it, why would any athlete ask if he needs to follow a
"proper" diet for best results regarding anything? OF COURSE you need to follow a
good diet for best performance, regardless of what supplements you use.
If you use clen correctly, you will probably have to make changes in your diet in
the way of protein. Most cyclists and endurance athletes (sorry to stereotype you)
do not eat enough protein. They are still in the dark about macronutrient ratios.
If you use a drug that increases your metabolism, it will also increase the protein
turnover in the body. That basically means that you will burn more protein for fuel,
along with the fat and carbs. I would make sure to get at least 1 gram per lb. of
bodyweight. Also, remember to use clen on an empty stomach.

Once again, if you use the clen, that is your choice. I am not recommending that you
do. It is a drug and may have serious side effects. Make sure you have had a check-up
recently.
