As posted above, the best thing to do is experiment and find what works best for you. But, if you don't have the money or A.S supply to waste your time experimenting, DO SOME RESEARCH. There is literally TONS of new info coming out on how to maximize gains while on A.S. The reason for this is because of AIDS. AIDS patients and their doctors are realizing the enormous benefits of A.S for treating wasting diseases. There is a TON of money being poured into AIDS research. If you read some of the studies that are now being done on A.S to treat wasting, you'll find that EVERY study on dosages reveals that starting high and tapering down will yield the best results. The studies used AIDS patients and had various dosing routines and the gains in LBM were measured.

A side note of this is (as was mentioned in MM2K's Anabolic Round Table by Dan Duchaine), much greater gains are obtained by using 2500 mg/week of just about any A.S. True, this will be harsh on your liver, but you will get better results. Everyone is so conservative on here it's sickening !

Look at the work of Michael Mooney (www.medibolics.com). He published the results of a study where AIDS patients took 150 mg of Anadrol a day for more than 3 months with no real side effects.
