: I'm in the 5th week of my cycle, which consists of sustenon 250 (1 per week), and I just started stacking 300 mg. of deca -durabolin with this. A couple of weeks ago (even before I stated stacking with the deca) My nipples started getting tender. Does this mean I'm getting gyno, or is this normal for steroid use. Also, what is a sign of "real" gyno. Thanks!
Nipple soreness is the very beginning of gyno, but will most often get no worse than that. Should you find a big marble under your nipple, the tissue is not simply sensitive, but obviously building up. So as a general rule: soreness will acompany many androgenic cycles and it is something users regularly will live with, without trouble. Noticable tissue growth on the otherhand is a big problem and users will generally stop what thier using or add Proviron/Nolvadex. The latter case is more infrequent. Note also, my friend always gets soreness with androgens, sometimes gets a tiny swell under the nipple which goes away quickly after cycle and never finds it necessary to use any nolvadex etc.
