It is rare for gynecomastia to come back after surgery to remove the breast tissue,
but it does happen! Just because you spent a couple thousand for surgery, doesn't
mean you are worry free.
Noboby has access to Teslac, or the money for it either. Nolvadex might(as in maybe)
keep the gyno from getting worse. If he can't get it, he might wnt to think twice
about using a strong androgen like testosterone. If he insists on using this, probably
the only thing that is legal that he can use to help is flax oil. Have him use 2 or 3
tablespoons a day, mixed in every protein drink( 1 Tbsp. in each). It is not magic,
but it may help. Saw Palmetto is taken for the prostate and for hair loss, not gyno.
If he has to get the surgery in the future, make sure he doesn't see an average
cosmetic surgeon. There are some stupid f***in' doctors out there who can do the
surgery, but don't really care about the appearance after. I have seen a few guys
that were more embarrased after the surgery than before. One guy now has "silver
dollar" sized nipples! Make sure a surgeon is good at this operation, and if at all
possible, use Bruce Nadler out of NYC. He is the best for this. You can also get
